I’ve lived in West Hollywood and the Hollywood Hills area for more than two decades.  I am a lawyer by training and a real estate agent at heart.  I love what I do.  I started my career as a tax lawyer in the Los Angeles office of a highly respected multinational law firm.  Having worked in the legal field for several years before I decided to pursue a career in real estate provided me with unparalleled experience in business and legal environments, where I’ve acquired professional skills that I use every day in assisting my real estate clients.  I am also fluent in Russian.

In the past decade, I have worked with a wide array of clients; from first time home buyers to seasoned, Fortune 500 real estate investors.  My transaction experience covers not only hi-end residential home sales and leases but also large, sophisticated income property transactions, short-sales, and raw land transactions. In addition to acting as a real estate broker, I've also been involved in a variety of real estate deals as an investor and a developer.

I always strive to maintain an ongoing relationship with clients, making sure their needs are continually met long after a transaction closes. Keeping clients informed of the changing market in their areas of interest or the neighborhoods they live in is one of the keys to my success as an agent in this competitive market.
